For all members, please hand in your indemnity form latest by this Friday 12pm (24th December) Just slot the indemnity form into the new clubhouse. This is very important as those without indemnity form will not be allowed to stay over at loft.
Our new clubhouse room is 04-20 and 04-21 (located above Canteen 2).
For those who have lost their indemnity form, I've already uploaded the indemnity form so please download it, print and hand it up.
