Yesterday, the junior team was finally confirmed.

Congrats to all sixteen of you who made it and for those who didn't, please stay on, work hard and don't give up!

Common test is around the corner and we will not be having any training next week.

This is to prepare you guys both mentally and physically for your studies, so please study hard!

(Remember that your academic results plays a part too)

Go to the gym if you have the time and watch your diet!
