Tryouts Criteria
(Juniors)

Flyers/Mid-Bases
#1 Shoulder Press 10kg (set of 12)
#2 Biceps Curl 12.5 kg (set of 12)
#3 Dips with 5kg (set of 12, elbow 90 degree, go down all the way)
#4 Wrist 2.5kg (alternate hand)
#5 At least 10 Push Ups
#6 Handstand with proper kick-up (unassisted)
#7 Squats (set of 12, with someone same size)
#8 ‘T’ flyer (walk to and fro 1 time, with someone same size)
#9 Cartwheel
#10 Toe touch
#11 Liberty
#12 Straight Basket Toss
#13 Shoulder stand pop down
#14 1-1-1 (mid-base)

Female/Male Bases
#1 Shoulder Press 20kg (set of 12)
#2 Biceps curl 20kg (set of 12)
#3 Wrist 5kg (alternate hand)
#4 At least 10 chin-to-floor Push Ups
#5 Handstand with proper kick up (unassisted)
#6 Squats (set of 12, with someone same size)
#7 ‘T’ flyer (walk to and fro 1 time, with someone same size)
#8 Cartwheel
#9 Toe touch
#10 Liberty
#11 Straight Basket Toss (at least girls team height with Matthias as back spot)
#12 Shoulder stand pop down
#13 1-1-1 (shoulderstand base)
